ACTIVITIES
The practice of our activities requires to be in good health and without medical contraindication for the chosen activity; to respect the minimum age required and the conditions indicated below; However, we must be aware of the risks inherent in all of our activities which take place in an unsecured natural environment. Each participant must respect the instructor’s instructions.
MINOR (Parental authorization or of the responsible person): For any unaccompanied minor and whatever the activity practiced, parental or responsible authorization is compulsory. For all of our activities, “minor” children must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
MATERIAL
The equipment and material supplied by “Moorea Watersport” are in very good condition and comply with current safety standards. Moorea Watersport declines all responsibility in the event of loss, damage or theft of your personal effects. Valuables are strongly discouraged.
SUPERVISION
Supervision by a qualified person and specific equipment, y, the rental of additional equipment (masks, snorkels …, drinks ,photos and videos) are extra charge.
SAFETY
Before each departure, a briefing on the use of the equipment and basic safety rules are presented. The feasibility of any program is subject to the appreciation of the monitors, guides and guides who will take into account the weather conditions and the individual ability of the participants to carry it out.
WEATHER CONDITIONS
All our activities take place outdoors therefore the weather conditions are taken into account but are in no case a cause of cancellation by the customer. They are at the discretion of the professional who oversees the activity. As soon as the activity is provided by “Moorea Watersport” no refund will be made.
INSURANCE
Safety and preventive measures being our main concerns, “Moorea Watersport” has professional liability insurance for these activities. However, we strongly advise each participant to have individual liability insurance.
RULES

For all reservations for activities by phone, email or via our website. Moorea Watersport will validate your reservation upon payment received. Payment for the activity can be made by bank transfer, check or cash.

Any cancellation on your part before the date of the start of the activity must reach us by email or by telephone; In case of withdrawal more than 48 hours before your activity, the sums paid will be fully reimbursed. Any withdrawal or cancellation within 48 hours will not give rise to any refund.

“Moorea Watersport”: State-certified instructors reserve the right to modify, with or without notice, any program depending on weather or safety conditions. Therefore, replacement activities can be organized without any of the participants being able to claim any compensation. If “Moorea Watersport” is in the total obligation to cancel a departure, whatever the reasons, the participants will be informed as soon as possible. In addition, the activity will be moved to a later date.
